I’m sure, like many other small business owners you’re wondering why you need to bother with this social media stuff? And that’s okay because I’m here to give you some more information so you can make a more informed decision. Social media, like the internet, isn’t going away, but rather it’s something that’s just going to keep growing. 

Social media allows you to interact and engage with your current customers as well as scout and find new customers. Smart phones allow for people to always be connected and companies now need to make the most of the online landscape where their customers are ‘hanging out’ or are present. 

Being active online allows you to manage your brand reputation and grow an online community of supportive and loving fans! So why wouldn’t you want to be there? A lot of people like to share their experiences online, both the good and the bad. If you’re not active online how are you meant to see these reviews and turn the negative experiences into positives?
