In simple terms U-Sell (Park & Sell Yard) offers consumers wishing to sell their vehicles a space on a traditional style car yard for a simple monthly payment. Buyers are then free to browse, test drive, inspect and purchase any vehicle they choose much simpler than that of a virtual car yard display such as 'Trade Me'.

U-Sell has also developed secondary products that complement the consumer renting space on the yard to sell their vehicles. Income from these products include Finance Commissions, Insurance Commissions, Vehicle Grooming, Warrant of Fitness, Car Registration, Car Battery, Petrol and Fuel, Legal Contract Applications, Website Advertising and, if the consumer so chooses, a Full Service Agent to sell their car on their behalf if they do not wish to deal directly with a potential purchaser of their vehicle.

The Directors have extensive experience as owner operators of small to medium sized businesses including business development, sales and marketing and customer service and have found running U-Sell (Park & Sell Yard) professionally and personally rewarding.

Traditional car yards over the years have been owned by individuals or corporate dealers that have had to heavily financially invest in the purchase of vehicles (Stock) for profitable resale.

Using the same yard principles U-Sell have identified the way for the average individual car seller to place and market their car for sale within a yard environment that allows a potential purchaser to browse, view, test drive and ultimately purchase their vehicle with the ease of comfort.

U-Sell, as a business, gives the seller of a vehicle the opportunity to display their car within a car sales yard (or a car lot) environment for a potential purchaser to view. The actual business model for the U-Sell franchise business unit is that of simply renting out space for vehicles on a monthly basis.

The U-Sell business itself is no longer traditionally required to purchase large volumes of stock but has become a space leasing agent.

The typical type of U-Sell client is an individual that wishes to sell a vehicle between $3,000 and $20,000. Usually this consumer has had a car that they have used for a number of years and is simply looking for a quick and efficient means by which to dispose of the vehicle. Budget figures are available showing profits up to $380,000 in first twelve months of operation.
